Transfering game server error

When I am trying to transfer a customers server to a different server I am getting this error message

 

GSAutomation.Processes.MoveGameServer: Error in file copy through ftp://xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx:21/xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx port 27016/TCA.Temp.zip Requested action aborted: local error in processing. (code=451)

From server: server 4 - Michigan to server: server 5 - Los Angeles

Game server: CS 16 Slots on xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx:27016

Owner: my customer

 

 

 

 

Any one have an idea why this is happening?

Check to make sure you do not have an external FTP account setup on that box under the admin username.

No I dont have IIS or any other 3rd party ftp server installed

The only time this happened to me was when the monitor on the server I was transferring the files to crashed. After restarting the monitor it transferred correctly.

Not IIS. I am talking about a TCAdmin external FTP account setup on that server under the admin username.

where would that be setup at?

From the Main Menu under FTP Accounts...

 

Best option, put in a ticket and I will ask Luis to look at it.
