nhouck
How do I get game installs to work via FTP from master server? This is for COD4. This is what I did: rar up the COD4 files, and put that file named COD4.rar in the GameFiles folder on the master server. I assume that this file gets FTP'd over to the remote server, decompressed into the user's game folder. The server creation says it completed successfully but there is no .rar or any files on the remote server, just the empty user's game folder. I had this working with .zip with smaller games, but COD4 is 6.6GB and had to use rar to make the archive because zip can't handle that big of a file. ECF
Winrar is not needed on the remote machine. TCAdmin contains a rar.dll file which decompresses the file automatically.

Thats good to know EFC. Has it always contained that file? I used to have issues on older builds of TCA and just assumed it was that since installing winrar resolved the issue for me.
