COD UO Out of memory?

When ever I try to launch this COD UO server it gives the error

 

"Out of memory error. You are probably low on hard disk space."

 

It was working fine, then I changed the port it was on and this started happening. It has 30 gb of free space so I am not sure what is wrong

no my memory is good

How much free memory does the server have?

Maybe adjust the windows pagefile a bit larger?

Thats what I did , I adjusted the page file and it seemed to fix it.
