1) Anyway to modify the admin account password via Remote Desktop?

 

2) Anyway to remove an IP ban for too many failed logins via Remote Desktop?

 

Have a TCAdmin panel client who changed his pass and can not get in. Banned himself in the process.

go into the db and make sure his email is correct, and have him do the lost PW.

The TCAdmin IP ban only last for 15 minutes it is not permanent.

 

As Doug said, he should be able to get his password via the forgot password link. If he did not enter an email, you will have to put in a ticket and get a password reset.
