ECF Posted January 20, 2008 Share Posted January 20, 2008 The TCAdmin IP ban only last for 15 minutes it is not permanent. As Doug said, he should be able to get his password via the forgot password link. If he did not enter an email, you will have to put in a ticket and get a password reset.
