Well i plan on selling these Licences i purcheased from TCAdmin.

Well it’s kind of Obvious when it’s a onetime licence. And no, there isn’t any outstanding fee's.

Purchased licensing includes updates, and support for 1 year. How much of that year is remaining with these?

You might want to check with tcadmin on this first if you haven't already. I'm not positive but I recall some kind of issue with transferring licenses.

After discussing the purchased licenses a bit more with my partners, we have decided to allow "purchased" license transfers.

 

This means you can transfer a purchased license to another person. There will be a $25 per licnese transfer fee associated with the transfer. If you have any questions please feel free to contact us.

Yes. Owned licenses can be transferred for a $25 fee. The balance of the support would also be transferred along with the license. If the buyer chooses to purchase a license like this, they would then need to renew the support at the end of the contract, or they can opt out of it and run it as is without support for however long they like.
