Unusual question

Hello, I was wondering if ordered TC and placed it on a dedicated server, would the users i add be authenticated through TC or through the server on which it was placed?

 

I ask this question because the clan I am in is in need of TCadmin, but the leader who normally sets this stuff up managed to get himself ipbanned from this site. So basically, if i ordered the admin would he still be able to get into the panel and set our servers up?

He would still have access to the server. The IP ban is just for these forums.
