I search a config files of these games :

I have never seen any of these games on here. For that matter, I am not familiar with them anyways But to create a TCAdmin config for any game, it is easy enough to create one. Just use what you would use to start the server from a command line and add this into TCA with the proper variables and set up the correct paths.

These are not game files they are mods for the source engine.

 

Fistful of Frags Requirements

A Steam account and a Source engine powered game by Valve is required to play this mod (one of these will be fine: HL2, EP1, Orange Box, L4D, CS:S, DoD...)

Minimum: 1.7 GHz Processor (must support SSE or mod won't start), 512MB RAM, DirectX 7 level graphics card, Windows 2000/XP

Recommended: single 2.8 GHz processor or dual/quadcore, 1GB RAM, DirectX 9 level graphics card, Windows 2000/XP/Vista/Windows 7

Compatible with Nvidia 3D device

 

you need to do a search on how to set up mods for your games that may better help you out.

The configs you will find here are mostly default configs for a specific game. MOD configs are not usually posted here.

Demanding something will get you zero here my friend. I'd expect you haven't read one word of the administrator manual or even tried doing it yourself judging by some of your posts. Good luck!
