I really want to get this install on my dedicated box but no one has contacted me back and when i call the sales line.... no one answers. :~

 

 

So, admins .... let me know where to download this software.

 

 

i only got a couple of days left on my box before my money back is up.....

 

HELP! :)

I personally have tried to call you at least ten times, and l I have left three messages in the mailbox for sales over the course of the two days. Is this company still in business? If they are not would someone be so kind as to point me in the direction to try/purchase this software in the event that someone else has taken over. If these options are not feasible then please suggest another program with similar features. Any and all help would be greatly appreciated.

I speak with Steve who handles sales every day at least 2-3 times. I know the phone is being answered. And I know for a fact that if you left a message you would receive a callback.

 

Are you calling during normal business hours? 10am-6pm EST Mon-Fri?

These are the sales hours.

    Not when I call anywhere from 8:00 am through 8:00 pm as already stated for the last two days. (and yes, that is EST)

Cute man, So you are going to say that I didn't leave any messages? WoW! What a greeting for a potential customer. In 8 plus years of being in the IT industry I have never been interested in trying/purchasing something before and been accused of lying. I do find this HIGHLY offensive. It sounds to me as though you should consider a new voice mail system as on each of my messages I left my phone number, website, and e-mail address. I have already stated what I have done, you can take it or leave it. Doesn't really matter to me. I simply tried the number on the front page of the site. Above this number (1-866-369-7056) it says "Call Toll Free to get your trial today!" I was in the market for an interface like yours and thought that it looked great. Sorry for the interest. I will simply look else where if you aren't interested in my business.

I don't recall saying that you didn't leave a message. The number you have is correct from the website. If you called and left a message then you will receive a callback.

 

I personally talked with Steve twice yesterday afternoon soI know he was answering the phone at that point. I will point this thread out to him and ask him why you were not called back.

(352)397-2252 I just called this number and they said It was the wrong number and I called 273-268-5394 for the 5th time and left a message for the second time. I'm In my office all day from 10 am to 6 pm mon thru fri EST.

GL Terry. I had a few hiccups as I usually purchase online without talking to anyone. Once I got the license I never looked back. The benefits are incredible and very easy to use.

 

Check forums as they are very useful and can help a lot
