Getting halo to run

First of all sorry if this is in the wrong place.

 

I have installed halo dedicated server to the correct folder in TCA and when I create a new game service for it then it transfers the files and does everything it should and shows that the service is running. But the client that ordered the server cant connect to it. I have also made sure it is updated to the newest patch but still no good.

 

Any ideas on how I can fix this?

Just regular Halo they didn't order CE.

I am however starting to lean towards client error because I am hosting another halo server and that client can connect fine...

Halo binds to the default IP on the box regardless of how you set it. Is it possible you think the game is running on an assigned IP but is actually running on the boxes default IP?

I will try that and see what happens but I have to wait till the client gets home from work in order to test it. Sucks not having the game :S
