Steadfast + TCAdmin

Jason was brought on to handle level 1 support which consists of installations and game server help. This takes the burden off Luis and myself to move forward with Version 2 and other projects.

 

He has no access to any client info such as billing etc...

 

 

As for the Datacenter Version of TCAdmin, this is what it was designed to be used for. To allow datacenters to sell dedicated game servers to their clients, whichmany people here do.

 

If Steadfast is hosting boxes for other GSPs using our product we cannot help that. That is something that they would need to bring up with Karl/Steadfast.

 

As far as we are concerned Steadfast is simply another customer of TCAdmin with no ties or affiliations other than the license they have with us.
