Master cant seem to communicate with remotes

Hi guys, up until this evening everything was working fine when a customer pointed out they could not access there game server info in there control panel. So i went in and checked and my admin account i cannot access the game servers. Everything else in admin cp works. Ive rebooted the master then rebooted each server in order that they was installed but the master server cannot see the remotes.

When i go into the server config area for the remote boxes, if i select any or all to restart the monitor it simply times out.

Any ideas?

Have tried restarting the master monitor. Its not running on mysql.

The weird thing is all services start as normal on reboots so there must be some sort of communication but via the admin panel it wont read the other boxes. Also when i tried to do a master server update (tcadmin) the request times out.

Hey Rob,

I went into remote desktop and logged into your TCAdmin and can not pin point the issue. Your firewall is disabled and you are running Microsoft Data Access so this is not an issue with the firewall blocking anything or MySQL timing out. Your CPU and RAM usage is fine also.

I will ask Luis to take a look.

Check to make sure the Windows Firewall service is disabled via Services, as if you merely have it set to off in the GUI, it does sometimes return to on after automatic updates. You may also want to check your ipsec settings, if the service is on. Lastly, does the server have dual live nics?
