tcngs
Hello I have been searching for an answer to this for a couple of days now, but on a couple TF2 server when the client install mani it will not launch. I start the game server from a command line to see if it is giving an error and thisis what it gives Model models/Gibs/wood_gib01e.mdl not found and models/error.mdl couldn't be loaded. Then it kills game server I have this happen on a couple of CS:S servers in the past and was able to get around it by reinstalling the server then reloading mani, but it is not working on these couple of TF2 servers. Any ideas on what this might be? Thanks

ECF
Sounds like they missed an update somewhere along the way. Try adding -verify all to the STEAM update settings in the panel. This will force all files to be checked to make sure they are up to date.
HIS-MOTHER
Dump your installation package and download a new server build from steam. Create a new TCA install package from this. Then they can update incrementally from here on out. Updating the older version causes issues since they did originally screw up the last update and had to rerelease it. adamnp
i believe there was an issue with the VDF creator aswell, make sure you have the newest version from the site and not the one packaged within the packages.
Spartanfrog
Try adding -verify all to the STEAM update settings in the panel. I think you meant -verify_all
