Hi,

 

I've entered a request to have my support password resent to me, and also entered a ticket without a login to effect the same.

 

I haven't received any reply emails and as far as I can tell it was not blocked as spam.

 

Trying to enter a support ticket.

 

Is your support outbound email working?

 

Can you assist me to reset my password for scott /at/ trinitygames /dot/ com?

Luis emailed your billing login info last night. I happened to see the ticket in the list and checked on it.

 

If you did not receive that, please let me know.

 

Hmm .. not receiving it .. not spam-filtered either, double-checked that. Are you getting a bounce? Confirm scott /at/ trinitygames /dot/ com ?

 

Maybe we can try trinitygaming /at/ gmail /dot/ com if you don't mind. I have no idea why I'm not getting it if others are and it's not being filtered or bounced. Can send account verification check/questions there if needed. Sorry for any trouble.
