Yes in order to prevent being blacklisted for spam we have it set to 50 per hour. It has been mailing for a few days now. It may still be a few days for all the emails to go out. The mailing list is quite large.

Unless I'm very confused to my knowledge hypernia's been in the game server hosting business for several years now.. Did I miss something?

To my knowledge they resold dedicated servers, not individual game servers.

It was a little before your time but they originally started out selling game servers.

Roger. The first I knew of Hypernia was back in the ranked BF2 dedicated server time. At that time I don't think they were renting out game servers.

They were re-selling dedicated servers with additional features such as the ability to host Ranked BF2 servers and still have Remote Desktop Access. They still do that but now they also sell gameservers per slot like most of the folks here started with.

In the interest of keeping the forums here nice and tidy it might be a good idea to throw out some research before posting up news announcements going forward.
