Is there anyone operating the phone this week? I have called twice or more every day this week and I have yet to hear something else than the typical leave your number message (which I can't do, because of my timezone, I don't want the rest of my family to wake up during the middle of the night, because the phone is ringing). Also, I have called between 1 and 6 PM EST time.

I am not certain if he will be in tomorrow but I did email him and told him about your post. He will respond when he gets a free minute.

I can assure you they are. Just because you call and don't get an immediate answers does not mean that are not being monitored.

Well immediate... I called multiple downs a day for a week. Also as I said in my first post: I didn't leave a message, because I don't want to be called at 4 AM (timezone troubles, yay).

 

I guess my last post sounded rude (which I didn't mean to). It possible to get some sort of time&date? Is it not really free to call to the US from here lol.

Your last post wasn't taken as rude. I was simply stating the phones are manned and what hours they are answered.

 

If you call and leave a message with the best time to call you back in your timezone I will make sure someone contacts you.
