But we want some advices about whats the best license...

 

We got 5 Dedicated servers at the moment and we all want to use them with gamepanel support!

Is the setup easy, like install and it all works or harder then that?

The installation is not difficult to do, but the configuration of game files is a little more involved. There are planty of posts on here to help out with that

TCAdmin support is for their software only, and not for the games themselves. There are a few people here that may do this for you, check the forums and also http://tcadmin.com/dedicated.php

What kind of knowledge do we need to configure the games themselves?

No. The configuration process is done through the panel. You do not need programming knowlege to configure them.

What do you mean exactly with "the command line"?

We know how to run servers.

I think what he means is you do need some knowledge of running game servers. TCAdmin needs to be told how to run the game servers (command line, server configuration file location/contents, ports utilized, etc). From there it does the rest. If you can run servers from the desktop then you will not have any issues.
