DieHardServers
And what is the price for the master license and what for the remote and is that a dedicated server? Is the setup easy, like install and it all works or harder then that?
DougK94
For the pricing: http://tcadmin.com/pricing.php The installation is not difficult to do, but the configuration of game files is a little more involved. There are planty of posts on here to help out with that
DieHardServers
Okay and do you guys install as support too and does that have any costs?
DougK94
TCAdmin support is for their software only, and not for the games themselves. There are a few people here that may do this for you, check the forums and also http://tcadmin.com/dedicated.php
JasonF
TCAdmin will assist you with installing it on your server.
DieHardServers
What kind of knowledge do we need to configure the games themselves? Do we need knowledge about the games or things like Php/Mysql etc..?
ECF
No. The configuration process is done through the panel. You do not need programming knowlege to configure them.
DougK94
But you better know how to run the games you want to host by the command line.
DieHardServers
But you better know how to run the games you want to host by the command line. What do you mean exactly with "the command line"? We know how to run servers.
JasonF
I think what he means is you do need some knowledge of running game servers. TCAdmin needs to be told how to run the game servers (command line, server configuration file location/contents, ports utilized, etc). From there it does the rest. If you can run servers from the desktop then you will not have any issues.
DieHardServers
Okay thanx for the info mate. That's no problem at all. We will order in about 1 or 2 weeks a master license to try it first. You will hear from us.
