derekl7
well so far ive only tested this on 1 hlds cs1.6 server
ECF
The restart time is hard coded. If the service fails it will restart immediately. However, if the game freezes and the executable is still active TCAdmin checks it twice via rcon to see if it gets a stats back from it. The problem is that some games take a very long time to change maps and/or load. Then there is also the problem of lagging the servers by sending too many status requests at short intervals. So to answer your question in short, you cannot change the time it takes for the software to restart a frozen server.
derekl7
hardcoded as in there is absolutely no way to change it? nothing we can edit and compile again? then please consider the restart delay (in seconds) as an option in next versions of tcadmin
ECF
That is correct. There is no way to change that value.
JasonF
Couldn't he increase the query times in the game server's settings under "Check if Running Every:" If it fails x number of times it will be restarted or stopped via the Game Monitor plugin?
