adamnp
Firstly, I would submit a ticket to the support section, you can do this at http://esupport.tcadmin.com/ Not positive here, but normally when you first purchase the license, they manually set it up during normal business hours. From that point forward once your account is created they can be automatically added. Do not quote me on that though, just trying to provide some input while you wait. ECF
Simply goto here: https://esupport.tcadmin.com/index.php?_m=tickets&_a=submit And submit a ticket under billing. If you do not have the info simply put none in the fields where it asks for it. Then put the order and billing info in the ticket body and we can take a look into it. Wupgup
Ok, I've got the files now but i need IIS to be installed and when i'm trying to do that it asks for the cd -.-' What to do?
JasonF
You need the i386 or AMD64 folders from the cd placed on the desktop or the Windows Server cd put into the drive to install IIS.

studeggle
Talk to the provider of your dedicated server, they should have the CD if they are legit and should be willing to put it in for you.
