LowRider_GSP
Hi all, Well it seems I have an issue with my Support System. It will not send out an email to me no matter what email addy I use. I have gone into my http://......./Templates/Default/mailserver_config.aspx and tested it out and I get the test email it sends out. I also get other emails when the services stop running, new orders are placed, etc. But the support ticket emails do not get sent. I found this out the hard way after a Client sent me a PM via my site telling me he was canceling his server due to lack of support as his tickets were not being answered. I know I should have checked the support tickets on a daily basis, but when everything else works I figured that worked as well. Guess Not. Thanks for any help on this matter.
