Cannot login?

Hi, I am using the 20 day free trial and I got TCAdmin installed without any issues except for this one. When I try to login to TCAdmin with the default username and password I get this error at the bottom in a red box: ExecuteReader requires an open and available Connection. The connection's current state is Closed. SQL Command: SELECT USER_ID, FIRST_NAME, LAST_NAME, PASSWORD, TYPE, ADDRESS1, ADDRESS2, ADDRESS3, CITY, STATE, COUNTRY, ZIP, HOME_PHONE, MOBILE_PHONE, EMAIL1, EMAIL2, STATUS, PARENT_ACCOUNT, EXTERNAL_ID, BILLING_ID, BILLING_STATUS, GROUP_ID, FILE_SERVER_ACCOUNT, ALLOWED_IPS, SUBUSER_ACCESS_SUPPORT, FILE_SERVER_CUSTOM_GAMES, MD5_PASSWORD FROM TC_USERS WHERE USER_ID = 'admin'

Also, I am using Microsoft Access when I installed TCAdmin

Did you click the "Create" link on the database page during setup and save it to C:\Program Files\TCAdmin Control Panel folder?

I'am getting the same error i went to restart the services and says i have no licence key valid

 

but yet i have a licence

ECF, I believe the problem is on your end, I just put in a suport ticket with further details!

yah i believe it is to nice to start my first 24hrs with TCADMIN

 

 

its all good now restart you Service there data base crashed

 

Start > Control Panel > Administrative Tools > Services. Look for the service named TCAdmin Monitor and restart it.

Just tried doing the above and still the same error. Maybe I should try using MySQL to install TCAdmin?

Anyone receiving this error the problem was on our end with the license server. It has been corrected and if you restart your TCAdmin Monitor service on your master server it will correct the login issue.

I got it a few month's back, got a email too saying license expired or something but it cleared faster than I could submit a ticket so I figured it was a hiccup with your Auth server.

Fixed. Installed with MySql and can now access everything.
