Cs 1.6

I wanted to see if any one knew of a reason why a CS 1.6 server would randomly have high latency? The server it runs on adverages 7 percent cpu usage. The same server also runs several CS Source servers with no issues. Any Suggestions?

How many servers are on the node alltogether?

Only 7 on this particular one, and they are all 10 to 15 slots. The server its self is a Dual Quad Core 2.5ghz with 8gm of ram

Reinstall it.

Any mods/plugins running? Many will cause this type of issue.
