The support system has been flaky the past couple of days as many have noticed. I performed an update and it did not go smoothly.

 

However, I was able to get the software updated to the latest version tonight and everythig should be back to normal.

 

If you for whatever reason entered a ticket that you did not receive a response to, please reenter it.
