cmac
Need a config file for a Half Life 2 team Deathmatch or how to change a deatmatch one to make it team. The thread http://www.tcadmin.com/forum/index.php?t=msg&th=102& start=0&rid=147 is not a team deathmatch config file even though the name says it is. AvailNetworks
I am mildly confused at this config file. Is this actually suppose to create a server.cfg file becasue if it is then it did not do it on my end. I am not very familiar with steam type games quite yet so I don't want to mess anything up
ECF
The above config does contain the contents of the server.cfg file. Did you remember to put a blank server.cfg file in the install files?
AvailNetworks
sure didn't, did not know i was suppose to. Should i do the same with the banned config and other stuff as well
Albiorix
yeah you need blank banned cfgs
ECF
Any file you want filled by TCAdmin at the time of game creation should be within the install files, but should be blank. TCAdmin fills the file in when you use the automation process if you have entered contents into the template file in the panel.
khjb007
if I include server.cfg file that's already been filled out in the installation game folder, will it overwrite the server.cfg and make it a blank one or just not touch it if it's not a blank one?
