Why doesnt support have a sense of humor? I dont understand... Im not going to list the support name, because that will only get me accused of bashing and flaming in the forums, so I will leave that blank. But my name is David Howell, and we were trying to get another license activated for our account. The support was very nice and told us how to do it, but we were unable to do it because the original login information was forgotten. A day before this I emailed support, and got them to reset everything. So everything was reset in a yahoo email. Well anyways when we tried to order a new license it didnt like the "free email" account and wanted a POP address... Okay, so I contact support again saying hey whats going on... So he wanted some information to reset the password (email, last paypal ID payment) which is understandable. So I put that information in the ticket reply, and added would you like my shoe size too?

 

Now for some of you youngins' the bank will sometimes ask for your shoe size when getting information from them.

 

I did not mean it as a offensive thing, I meant it as a joke... In result he canceled my account and license...

I am pretty much at this point confused the because he said: "A word of advice. Don't be an ass when someone is trying to help you. We take our privacy policy very seriously and will do nothing without proper authentication of a client.

 

Consider your account cancelled. We do not need this type of wiseass response in our tickets. A refund will be sent out shortly for the past months licensing fees.

Okay... So this is where I dont understand... I didnt realize I was being a "wiseass", I was only joking with the guy...

 

Sure enough my account was canceled. I didnt mean for my comment to be offensive.

 

Wheres the humor at guys? Camon sit down, open up a beer, and laugh it off. It was meant to only be a joke, and only a joke.......

As a entry level support tech for TCAdmin, I can say we get some very rude individuals who insult us for trying to help them out.

 

If you meant that comment to be innocuous, you should have added a "lol" at the end and not left it as is.

Again I seriously did not mean any offense by it. I had just woke up and posted that. My eyes were still crossed when I replied to it lmao.

 

Ive had the stomach virus and been home from work for the past 2-3 days... Its never fun.

 

I realize you probably get some people here that constantly think you owe them the world. Trust me I know, I work at DigitalStormOnline and there are always people in there that will try to rip you off and get everything they can.

 

I love TCadmin, and I would never do anything to jeopardize my license... Can someone please call me? I put my telephone number in my ticket....

So console says banned for invalid logins and its right login, and only once... Its taking ova! Lmao! Any idea why its banning us? Im logged out on my laptop and locked out but my desktop is still logged in.
