TCAdmin Slow

Lately my Tcadmin has been running very slow. The page loading times are always 2,3,4 up to 7 seconds. This is especially true for the support ticket area.

 

What can be done?

Are you running everything on your own machine including the webhosting? And what type of database are you using?

That is correct. DB type is MySQL.

Check Disable name resolving

Server is overloaded, or you have too many remotes attached to the master.

There are 9 servers attached to it. How will I be able to add more and keep the same log-in page for everyone?

You will need to switch to MYSql for your database. Access is designed for 2-3 remote machines. First download and install MYSql from MYSql.com and then follow this KB article to change over.

*** Important*** MAKE A BACKUP COPY OF YOUR DATABASE BEFORE DOING THIS!

If you don't make a backup and something goes wrong your are royally screwed.

we are running here 60 remote server (dedicated server) with access and ATM there is no speed problem at all
