thanks. You might want to add the kick and ban rcon commands so the user is able to kick and ban users using the server administration page. Yesterday's update added rcon support for half life 2 and counter strike source

I would say it would be easiest create your own. Just use a HL2MP config and change the -game to CTF or whatever it is.

 

You could probably even use the CS Source config. Just hit the copy button and enter the new details and save.
