I have a question regarding one plugin from TCAdmin. I can't remember exactly but the plugin informs you if is server changed from private to public. My question is, what about if server is buyed as public (no tick on Private when creating it via Automation) and it has been changed to private for war or training etc. and then back to public?

Does that plugin send email when this is done or ?

It only monitors the private to public and you have to say it is a public server during setup. This tells TCAdmin to monitor it.

Yes, but what about if servers is public ? And then locked for hour or two and then again public ?

No if you do not say it is private at setup (IE the private checkbox checked) then that function is not active, and does not get monitoried with the server
