Support Tickets Sys slow

I do support for TCAdmin and just because someone has not responded to your ticket does not mean it has not been evaluated. Some issues can only be handled by a specific person and until that person comes online you may not get a response. I have seen every ticket today within the first 30 minutes it was submitted but somethings can only be handled by the TCAdmin owners.
