but to host a game server you must install it.so how do you auto install they game when some one orders it?do you have to use cd?

Assuming you mean how it is done via TCAdmin considering this is the TCAdmin site. Or do you just mean in general?

 

No you don't need a CD every time to setup a server, just the game servers files, then from there it will differ from either using TCAdmin or just setting up a game server manually.

I am talking about when a client pays there server is setup within minutes with out someone doing it

You are looking for billing software such as WHMCS or ClientExec which will automate the billing and software setup.
