Are you Talking about a Server.cfg ... or a TCadmin Config (that has the Command Lines in it ?

Give this one a go, works fine for us and I believe I got it from these forums. It includes a default server.cfg

Sounds like you should remove any installation of the game, and re-install the game. Might even want to consider re-downloading the files from D2D. I got my COD:WAW files from there and haven't had any issues.

dvar set ui_hud_hardcore 0" means the server is setting the HUD of Hardcore to 0. Which means that enemies do not show up on the HUD when they fire their weapons like in regular mode.

Well, I download the game 4 times, tried many configs, looked @ logs, removed the firewall, activated it, opened the ports.. Found nothing in the logs except the ui hud harcore (error ?) and the server is not starting but seems to respond T_T.
