FTP and Sub users

I'm trying to understand why FTP can't work with Sub users with FTP permission. It seem to work only with Admins but not with sub users. Is it normal?

Do you mean sub admins? - Works fine for us. Have you set the permissions correctly in sub admin groups or if you're talking about sub users, are their permissions set correctly?

I mean the function that let the customer add sub users selecting different permission.

 

Example

Customers BOB create one sub user with all permissions on gameserver. Now JOE (sub user) can login with the same credential of BOB. The problem is that he can't use FTP.

What is the error from FTP when he attempts to connect, is the permissions set correctly for the sub user (FTP access needs to be granted)

Basically it's time out. If i try with "BOB" it works but not with "JOE".

Make sure that "JOE" has FTP access checked under his sub-user account. Also, in you second post you left the login name visable. You may want to change that now that it has been posted here.
