SVN with GMOD

I asked this question a couple of months back and really didnt get any response, but how does one setup a mod to be installed via SVN in windows and have it use TCADMIN. I really dont understand what SVN is to begin with so I am not sure how to implement it but I am assuming it just downloads the mod to the server.

SVN is software subversion. In Garry's Mod, SVN is a way to distribute minuscule changes to (a) file(s) without having to have everyone re-download the entire package once again. The best way I've found to be is to run it as a Windows Scheduled Task.

So when this scheduled task you must setup each SVN for each mod type and have it update each server? Is this correct? If so would you mind posting an example of this?
