Derek002 Posted March 11, 2009 Share Posted March 11, 2009 I ordered the TCAdming for $15.95...paypal took it out and everything but when i try to login to the client area it wont let me i try to use the e-mail that i signed up with to send password reminder (mcfallderek@comcast.net) and it says e-mail cannot be found...ive send about 2 support tickets and NONE have been answered.....I havnt been able to use it soooooo if i cant get it to work then do you all offer refunds or credits?????? since i havnt even downloaded it or anything cause i cant login.....well thanks hope to hear back from someone....... ECF Posted March 11, 2009 Share Posted March 11, 2009 Well I was able to find your order. However the email you entered into our ordering system was mcfalldere@comcast.net. I assume you typed it improperly? Please check you email as I have corrected the email under your account and sent 2 emails out to the proper address.
