Help with remote server setup!!!!!

I am trying to get my 1st remote server setup on TCadmin. I went and created the config file and copied it over to the new server and ran the config. I then started it in console mode and all was good. So I closed that and started it without console.

 

Then I went back to my web enterface and tested the settings. no go I'm told to check the log. This is what the log tells me

 

 

 

"12/1/2005 6:13:49 PM : TCAdminSDK.Remote.InstanceCreator.GetPluginFromServer: The remote server returned an error: (400) Bad Request."

 

 

 

Can anyone help I realy want to get this server online tonight

At any rate. Just send an email to support@tcadmin.com it will automatically create a ticket for you. If you want us to fix it fast, include you panel url and login, and also a login to the remote server in the email
