I would recommend a RAM upgrade to 8GB. COD4 servers are know to be RAM hogs and 20 of them on 4GB does not seem right to me. And you have to factor in what Windows and all its services/apps are using.

Do you have anything else running on this server? A web server of any type? MySQL? Is it your TCAdmin master and web server?

If so, I would recommend getting a small VPS to run all these extra things as they can really bog down a game server machine.

The only problem I've seen remotely similar to this is when the NIC is not configured correctly.

If your NIC is on auto negotiation try setting it manually to 100 full duplex. It may not be the issue but worth a shot.

Don't go playing with your Duplex settings. If they don't match the switch it will go offline until your provider fixes it.

Yeah, most likely it's not the problem. It was a pretty unique issue we had a few times with a couple boxes. The auto negation wasn't working properly and cause major packet loss and speeds of about 3KB/s. Imagine what that will do to game servers...

As for the issue at hand: Does this happen to all players on the box? Or just that specific COD4 server?
