Without a site they can not even support their current clients. We use WHMCS for our billing and support, problem is they were installed on the same web hosting account. It looks like this was a server issue. They did a reinstalled from an old backup. I had backups of all the DBs so it was not that big of a deal. We just enabled the TCAdmin support ticket system during that time. Not like we get a lot of support request 2 or 3 a day at most. 72 hours is a long time to resolve a server issue. ECF Posted August 20, 2009 Share Posted August 20, 2009 Server OS reload takes about 30 minutes. Add another hour for updates.
