If you are having problems please create a ticket with the url to your control panel and remote desktop access to your master so we can move it to another web server. ECF Posted January 21, 2006 Share Posted January 21, 2006 It appears that our New York web machine had major routing issues last night and into today due to an upstream routing problem. While the machine is still running, it was unreachable by people coming in from different areas of the world. I personally can access it now. But others may not be able to. Anyone who put in a ticket regarding this was moved to one of our servers in Dallas. I have just recieved a new block of ip addresses from our provider, since it seems to problem had to do with the whole 69.x.x.x IP range. We may add the new range of IPs.
