Coditor Posted February 1, 2006 Share Posted February 1, 2006 Hi, We have run into a strange problem. When we try to connect to the FTP server, we get a timeout. It looks like the FTP server is not started. If we stop the monitor service and run it from the console, we can see it starting the FTP server and we can connect without a problem. However, that's not a workable situation because we need to have the monitor running as a service. After closing the monitor command box, and starting as a service, FTP is once again not possible. LFA Posted February 4, 2006 Share Posted February 4, 2006 For any one else having this problem: Windows Firewall was enabled and only MonitorConsole.exe was added to the exceptions.
