Why can't I get a trial?

I have been trying for three days to get a trail license. I even called the 800 number and was assured I would be taken care of today. Still waiting.... Is this the prompt service I can expect after purchase? Why must I have a trial key to purchase?

Are you using a free email address to register for the trial? Do you have a website? (business/clan)

Yes we are a business. I used my business email address and my real personal information. I have read all of the requirements for the application. There should be absolutely no reason for my application to be denied.

All trial requests have been processed as of this moment. If you provided valid info (either a clan email or GSP email) it would have been processed. You may want to check your spam box and or filters.

Same problem here, already waiting more then 24 hours for a key.

Used my isp email cause i only use hotmail for our clan and myself.

Really willing to try this and get this working so i can finish it in the weekend.

Just a note. We were closed yesterday for the Thanksgiving Holiday. Also, if youwere the person that put in a ticket saying 24 hours and counting regading your trial request it was not processed as it had no clan or GSP info.

Where do i need to fill that in?? Cause it only asks for personal information and i dont have a company so i put there na (not available).

I filled in a new request with as company VenatusUna cause i cant find any other place to put something about our clan.

Our website is Venatusuna.com if u need it, the email i used is from my isp cause we dont have clan email, and i only know allot about sites and gameservers.

Hope to get this solved cause i really like the way it works.

You can put the clan name in the company name.
