Web Hosting and Master Server Leasing

Yes i would like to get the web hosting and lease the master server.I have called sales a few times but noone is calling me back.I want to know if i pay for them seperate or together.

 

 

 

How long after i pay will they be up and running?

I just checked all voicemails on the sales number and there are 0 messages. I normally don't handle the sales calls, but if you left a message someone would have called you back.
