TS2 error unable to detect external ip

I am receiving this error now on a TS2 master server. I have 2 other master servers on differnet ips on the same box and this issue does not happen. It was not happening until recently. Also in tcadmin It will show unknown for all of the clients, but if I restart the server it works fine, but then after a while it stops working. Anyone have any experience with this issue?

Possibly someone or something is trying to login as superadmin too many times in a short period?

This will cause the login to be banned, which in turn will cause the status of all servers to stop responding.

One way to check is when the issue happens goto System Settings>Voice Server Settings and click on that master server in the list. Then click the 'test settings" button and see if it passes or fails.

Well I tested it when the server was having an issue and it stated unable to connect closed gracefully. After I restarted the service though, which fixes the issue, it says the test worked just fine. It weird since the other TS servers on this box are not having this issue. Only this one on this ip.

Most likely it is was ECF stated, you restart it clears the temp ban on superadmin then it gets pounded again.

Never use defualt login names ...

Login to it and create a new superadmin with a unknown name and password, logout, then login under the new SA account you created and delete the default one.

Edit your TCA TS settings and hit test. ;)

also Dbl check your server.ini file and make sure its bound to a specific IP.
