I use RDP with my IPhone :)

on servers ?

Cuz afaik it doesnt work with server versions of windows. Thats a reason why I chose a windows phone, for what I could read and test they were the only phones able to take remote control over windows server.

I also tried my bro's iPhone before taking a decision and tbh apple are pro in marketing, iPhone has nothing amazing, just a good marketing strategy. However I tried it only for a day so I might have missed some things.

Anyway the only reason why I needed a smartphone was for work and windows phone does perfectly the job, HTC did a great job with HD2 aswell making its screen capacitive.

Idk whats your plan about but u should of put windows phone in ur poll

I have rdp in iPhone and also if you like games

iPhone has the best games wish there were key tho

street fighter 4 coming in iPhone march

and tons of shooter games :) graphic are good too

if you have a 3gs but 4g coming out soon

best phone out so far but nexus beats it by hardware and browser resolution

but I like games so iPhone fits me best

there are good and bad for each different phones

there isn't a perfect phone out there and it's basically on your

personal preference

if you make an app I would say iPhone and android unless window 7 mobile comes out

not till 2011 the new Microsoft phone comes out by asus

and that will be a competition with the iPhone

wth when I googled RDP all the results were saying not on server version...

Anyway the HTC HD2 does the job and I bought it only for RDP/internet/Msn/Office (excel) in order to be able to work from anywhere.

Idc about games andother apps.

Isnt it possible to port an app to different platforms ? So if yours is nice and useful, might be interesting to support multi platforms.

yeah RDP do work. Which one were you using?

Are you using paid versions or free version? (Im not sure if there are free) lol.

But I do love the games, so I think if you like games - > iphone

HTC hd2 is a great phone too! great fast hardwares and such.

So is the nexus but nexus lack on apps and also not many good games since they are mostly java.

However, I was planning to get a HTC HD2 also.. its more of a business phone to me.

But its still running microsoft window 6.5 i think. I don't really like the OS of it, you can run more than 1 application at a time, yes.. but it does get laggy eventually when you have tons of stuff on it.

but yeah, I agree with dimitiri, either make one first as a beta test and than go for

multi-version on different mobiles.

Well for RDP on iPhone I just googled "remote desktop Iphone" and saw articles saying it was working with XP Pro, vista/7 ultimate only.

When I went to phone shops they had no clue about remote desktop abilities so I searched on web again and saw that windows phone was making it natively without having to install anything. Then I just looked for the best win phone and picked up HTC HD2.

You may have to really run tons of stuff cuz mine doesnt get laggy at all (using GPS, excel, emails, wifi/3G+, internet and a couple of other apps at once without problem).

So I hope if u make any gd app it will support win phones :)

haha, the experience i had were from old previous window mobile phone like the HTC touch pro 1 , HTC diamond, etc.

I never really got to take a look at the sony x1 or x2 or even the HTC HD2 yet. I did see the first HTC HD 1.

Who knows, the new one might even be better. :)

hmm.. i don't think there is a "official" microsoft RDP for the Iphone but other developers for it. Just type in remote desktop in the apple store you should see it on the Iphone. I don't think you will find anything on google if your looking for Iphone apps.
