help before i buy

hello, i have tried installing gamepanel 4, the prev ver to tcadmin, and cannot get it to work, tried posting on there forums but dead.

 

 

 

basically wen startiing the service, (interact with desktop is ticked) the service sais its running but no server loads/cant connect to it.

 

 

 

now the reason im posting here is i dont want to pay for something that i cant get to work, so i want to see this vers working first,

 

 

 

tried it on cod, uo cod2 etc
