Server Files?

If I were to go about leasing TCAdmin for a clan, how would I go about getting the game server files? I'm looking for COD4 mainly, and then some other games which are mostly HL/HL2 based which I know I can get from steam for free.

COD4 you need to install on your loacl machine then zip that directory up and upload it to your server.

 

For HL based games you can read this KB article which explains how to get the dedicated server files.
