I wonder if have can be put in monitorconsole.exe services of Windows Server.

During installation there is a windows service created automatically for this. Just look for it in your windows services list.

is monitorservice.exe witch will get auto created, thats not the same...

Why would you run it in console mode full time versus the monitorservice? Both the same but the console will show you the console and use more resources. The monitorservice still logs all the console to log files to find anything you need.
