Change port?

How do you change the port of a virtual server? I tried changing it through telnet, but now tcadmin does not find the server.

try to edit your tca database directly but if i was you I would open a support ticket in ur tca client area.

 

Else there is a simple solution :

delete the server and recreate it with a different port.

Is the server running? You can add it to TCAdmin by clicking Voice Servers --> Import --> then enter the type, port and owner and click Save.

Changing the TCAdmin DB won't do anything as it will not change the port within the TS server.

 

You could edit the DB in TS though.

i know but he had changed the port in ts server via telnet already so there was only the tca part left

phpmyadmin is the most firendly one if using mysql.

Else you can simply send mysql queries with mysql client (cf. mysql documentation or open a support ticket)

bingo! editing the database manually fixed it.. I think this should be a feature in the panel though, there shouldn't be anything you have to edit the database for.
