User unable to create subUser

I have one client account who can not create a Sub User, he is able to click on "SubUser" then "New" but then the system just loops him back to his main Game Panel page.

 

I have attempted to do it for him through root and admin in TCAdmin with the same result.

 

All other accounts on the same Server can create Sub Users.

 

Any ideas?

Do you see any error in the TCadmin monitor console?

try to force tca update

Check to make sure the subuser does not already exist as a regular user.

 

Also, make sure that the user in question is tagged as a user and not as an admin user.

All updated .....still no luck

It does not allow him to even input the persons details, only gets as far as clicking new user

the best i could do was to create a new user account and transfer the servers to his new ID.
