Minecraft server.log Streaming

When out customers try to stream the server.log file on Minecraft, it gives the error:

ERROR: The given path's format is not supported.

An error occurred. Please close this window and try again.

 

I was wondering if anyone knows how to fix this. According to customers, it does work on other TCAdmin based Minecraft hosts.
