User FTP and FileManager Bug

I just created a user nad assigned a Halo game instance. Even though I eneabled FTP access and File manager, they are not working. I cannot connect via FTP and the file manager is not showing up under his account.

 

 

 

I repeatedly disabled and re-enabled...sti doesnt work.

 

 

 

Any thoughts?

Most likely a configuration error. Put in a ticket and we can look at it.
