Servers stuck on processing

Hi there,

 

On our master server (only box up atm) when WHMCS Creates the server in tcadmin it goes to processing in the pending autosetup page, and is stuck there and wont progress. Also when i create a gameserver manually it doesnt start. I see that the files are created for both but it still has the file creating in the server folder.

 

Anyone got any ideas?

Start the TCAdmin Monitor program in "console" mode and then try a game install. Watch the console for any errors, or where it stops processing.

 

Sounds like you have not imported your IPs into TCAdmin from your server. Or you may have manually entered the IPs and they are not bound to your network card.

Hahhaa... Silly silly the ip's weren't bound to the network card :L

 

All fixed now.
